Very pleased to collect my new Turbo S today. Didn't have my last one long, but this one gave me a chance to tick the boxes I wish I had done first time round.

Absolutely love the colour. Much prefer it to my previous Crayon car. Really pleased with the Carbon roof and Mirrors. The PCM 6.0 is much better and it might be my imagination but this car does seem much better screwed together than my 2021 one.

And for those interested, the uprate gear selector is a tiny but really nice upgrade. Aluminum and leather and feels so much better than a standard one. Not a necessary extra but one I am really pleased I ticked
 
Splendid motor - congratulations.
Beautifully spec'd car. No aero kit though, I see. Is that still unavailable?
If you went for touch sensitive locking, I'd be interested to hear if this works for you - mine never has! [:mad:]

Thanks Clive - I really wanted the aero-kit but its wasn't available when I locked my spec. Seems its periodically available but only for a limited time

Didn't go for touch sensitive locking. Heard its a bit hit and miss on the Porsche but also I have a few security concerns with it.

Main differences to the last one are the roof, mirrors, had the engine slats in body colour, power steering plus, illuminated carbon sill plates and carbon steering wheel, power steering plus (which feels the same as the normal power steering!), the upgraded wheels and lots of other little internal cosmetic bits on top of my previous cars spec

The dealer did have a absolutely beautiful Shark Blue GT3 being collected at the same time as I collected mine so I was in good company!
 
Does anyone know where is a good place to get a front sticker number plate? Currently driving without a front plate as the PPF installers haven't attached the number plate plinth, and while it looks good I'm a little paranoid about getting stopped for not having a front plate.

Have other used a stick on number plate and / or a smaller number plate?

Both stick-on and hard number plates were supplied by my PC. I chose the stick-on, but had to remove it later for PPF. The spare they supplied wasn't up to scratch, so I got my local vinyl-sign people to do one - this is laminated and much better quality.
Strictly speaking, it's not entirley legal since it fails to show manufacturer or BSI information - then again, neither did the "official" version supplied by my Centre!
Cost me 20 quid from memory and the supplier kept the digital file for potential repeat orders. PM me if you need the contact details.
It's a tricky blighter to fit since the bumper has a double radius and getting it to sit smoothly to the contours is a challenge. But it can be done with a bit of effort.

Ordered a couple of adhesive ones. One short one and also a narrower one, just need to see which one looks best.

Now just need to clean the car and then work out how to try and fit it. Presume a bit of heat helps to make sure there are no creases

I've ordered 2 types, neither applied yet. I'm dithering at the moment and undecided but the more narrow and longer one seems to be the best bet as it wont need much of a curve on the bumper

Car is fully PPF'd so only one chance to apply.

Unfortunately I think it looks better without one...but not sure my local traffic police would, although its not attracted any attention yet [8|]

I think the shorter one would be better, myself.
I found I needed plenty of slip solution and a hairdryer/hot-air gun to fit and eliminate the edge fingers.
My laminated version was less pliable than the original, so working to the bumper contours proved rather more of a challenge! [;)]
