Navigation Plus issue

i have a 2019 Caynne e-hybrid. Bought it new, and all of the connected services ran fine for two years until end of first contract period. I renewed the contract and extended a number of services for a further 12 months. One of the services - navigation plus - doesn't seem to be working anymore. I can't get the google search option to show up, nor am i getting real-time traffice updates (which is a pain as i'm getting stuck in alot more traffic these days!!!). I've checked the payment went through to extend, and in the myporsche website, it says all services run till end of 2022. I even checked the car PCM under settings and it looks like the entitlement to use the services is all setup correctly and all the renewal dates are valid till end of '22. I've spoken to porsche connect support and they are a little confused by whats going on and opened a case with Porsche germany. Anyone experienced the same problem? any tips on resetting satnav system to see if it'll pick up the entitlements for the connected services? Any tips greatfully received

figured this out. Under PCM settings, under set, there is a privacy setting by individual services options (love the name). For some unknown reason, "satellite maps" and also "online nav+product impr" were not selected. By ticking the boxes, google search came back on.
