Hi there, I am looking for some local knowledge on good places to stay in North Wales. I am based in Hertfordshire and have signed up for the Porsche track day in Anglesey in May. I would like to break the journey somewhere in North Wales and would like to find some good accommodation for me and safe secure parking for my Porsche. Any local knowledge you can share would be appreciated. Many thanks, Martin

Hello Martin,
I recommend Wall Hill Farm Guest House, Acton Bridge, Northwich CW8 3QE - Contact Richard.
Been using this place regularly for last 10 years - good food at nearby pub 10 min walk up the road.
Good secure parking albeit quite a steep entrance drive - and about 15 mins from the Circuit.
I'll be there later this week for the RS day on Friday.

Oops, sorry Martin,
That's a good place to stay for Oulton Park!!
As far as Anglesey is concerned, the Waterloo Hotel Lodges are good at Betws y Coed but you'd have about 1.5 hr or so drive to the circuit from there,
otherwise Trearddur Bay Hotel , Anglesey LL65 2UN is good to make a weekend of it and you're quite close to the circuit.
Hope this helps.

Hi there, many thanks for the quick response, will do some investigation on these options. also thanks for the bonus tip on Cadwell Park - will keep that on my list for future!!

best regards
Martin

I have stayed here too and I would recommend it also.

Thanks Dave for this recommendation - we have opted for the Trearddur Bay Hotel - it looks from its website to tick all of our boxes
