Cayman 981S PDK 6 Year Service

Hi,
Does anyone have details of the fixed price service cost at an OPC and what's included? I remember the four year involved new spark plugs and was around £1000!

It's the same as the 2yr but with the addition of changing the drive belt.

It should be around £800-£900 I guess? Between the first and fourth year prices.

Gary,

I‘m not sure if it’s the same for the 981 but on my 987.2 the 6-year service included an air intake filter and drive-belt check (not a replacement) as well as the usual 2-year service items.

I think you’ll find that service prices have increased significantly since you had your last service a couple of years ago and Dave’s figure probably is about right.

Jeff

Given that it`s the same as the 981 GT4 ...

I was quoted £957 and with PCGB discount on the parts paid £905 last October

(Labour @ £374 - Parts @ £381 - VAT @ £150)

The air filters are also replaced

Definitely a belt check change according to the 981 service schedule document I have, plus the air filters which I had overlooked. Sorry about that!

The drive belt is replaced, was the case on my 981CS back in late 2019 and recently with the GT4
