What are you looking for. A price to do the job £ 10,000- 15,000.
Or someone to do the job. What part of the country are you in.

Charles.

I can suggest two
Mike Bainbridge in the Lake District
Greatworth Classics by Silverstone race circuit

If you are handy with spanners etc you can readily DIY the job.
just doing mine!

Thanks Charles and yes Im really looking for prices and recommendations at this stage. Preferebly someone who can do all the machining on one sight eould be good. I'm starting my research. My mechanic says there are signs of early oil leakages etc. Past experiences of the quality of work is essential. I live in Northampton. Thank for you help.

Paul

Hi owned my 87 3.2 since since 1993. Head and pistons fone twice now. Last time fractured head bolt not oil leaks. Have used Chris Sandersonat Loebank motors. Edenfield bury. Past 20 yesrs. His knowledge excellent, prices fair. Mine now beutifuly sweet. Just done oil lines and fuel tank , difficult as all fuel lines needed doing. He is busy and car might be away A while , but mine always come back fettled and sorted. He has worked on my 356. 993 Turbo. Cayenne turbo. 997 turbo but mostly 3.2. Martin Amos

Just as a heds-up.
I am waiting for parts for my 3.2
Be aware some parts can be hard to find due to supply shortages.

As an aside, my 2nd 3.2 in my 911 has done 140K miles and is untouched.
These engines are good.
