Hello all. I’m a new PCGB member this year so not sure who to ask. I’ve been lucky enough to go to Salon Prive for the last 2 years with a friend in the Bentley Owners Club. It’s a great day out. I see a whole area for Porsche owners each time. Now I have realised a dream and own a Porsche is there a place where I can buy tickets for my car entry through PCGB? Thanks for any advice.

Hi Adrian and welcome to Porsche ownership, Porsche Club GB and more specifically Region 8 [:)]

We are a friendly group and look forward very much to getting together for tyre kicking and chatting next month - all be it outside for the time being.

With regard to Salon Prive, if you go on to their website there is Porsche Club specific entry for Saturday. I'm not familiar with the set up as I have never attended but I will try and find out for you and update in due course.

Hope to meet up in future.

Laura

Hi Adrian

Tickets for the Salon Prive Club day on the Saturday 4th September went on sale on the 23 April 2021.

In the basket. there is a box for a discount code but as yet I have had no information from the club what that is. I will wait over the weekend to see if one comes through otherwise its full price. It seems quite odd that on their web site they are promoting our club as one of ‘the premium Car Clubs invited to take centre stage on the South Lawn at the largest club-only event in the UK, yet there is no code yet available for the members when they book.

In the meantime, I have booked the Friday Ladies Day with a nice lunch as that will keep SWMBO happy! A chance for her to get dressed up too!

Thanks Peter. It’s a good day out and even at full price for the Saturday it is nearly £300 a ticket cheaper than other days. I’ve booked to go and selected the Porsche Paddock option.
