930 Top End Engine Rebuild

Just taken the engine and gearbox out of the 930.
Heads have October 1982 stamped on them.
Oil leak from no. 4 barrel. There seemed to be a slight tick from the offside timing chain.
Not sure what this is. Any thoughts from anyone?

Checked the camshaft timing on both sides. Seemed to be spot on at 0.7mm at TDC.
Plenty of oil leaks to look at.
 
Offside camshaft removed from the engine. Came out with no problems. The followers look ok.

The camshaft does not look worn which is good. No damage on it.
