Hi to you all.

I would like to take this opportunity of saying hello to one and all as a new member following the recent purchase of my new to me 997.2 C4S.

A long term ambition now fulfilled ??

As being new to Porsche’s, I am hoping to be able to plug into the wealth of knowledge of my fellow Porsche’enistas especially if there are any more of us up here in the NW Of Ireland.
I was wondering if those that reside here all travel into Belfast for servicing etc or is there anywhere else?

I hope to soon be able to say hello again in person- once we get back to some sort of normality, but in the meantime, it would be good to know if in true Mulder and Scully form if there is anybody (else) out there?”

Regards and in anticipation, thanks,
Paul

Welcome Paul from another Paul based in North Antrim. I go to my OPC for some parts (Belfast Porsche) but my two cars are looked after by McMillan specialist cars in Antrim, Just behind Junction 1.

Enjoy the new car, I almost bought a 997.1 C4S in November last year but it was not to be.

Oh, and should have said, 1st local meet is not scheduled for the 3rd week of April and there are 4 days of events in the 1st week of June 2021.

Hello and welcome to PCGB and R27. Yes, you’re not alone!
Sounds like a lovely car you’ve got, hopefully we’ll be in a position to start the drives soon and get an opportunity to exercise our cars.
Trust you’re enjoying ownership!

Kaiser981, welcome also, think we’ve met via Zoom - from a fellow 981 (Cayman) owner.

Hi, I'm sure we have met on Ken's chats. We ended up behind a black Cayman 987 in Larne today, I'm always looking to see if I recognise members from the Zoom chats.
