Hi Guys

Anyone help with why privacy mode keeps reactivating after I turned it off, and why when setting up the car for my various preferences it then forgets everything, such as the Bose settings and pretty well everything else!

Now trying a top up charge on 3 pin, I think it’s going to take a while!

many thanks

chris

Quick update - it seems that the car needs to interface with Porsche Connect and carry out a few upgrades once driven for the first time. It’s now remembering all settings and "knows” that it is me in the car. Also set the General Charging profile to peak at 85% which has immediately improved (stated) range and charge-time. Few work miles to do over the next few days and will get the chance to try a 175kW fast charger, which should be interesting...

Hi Chris - glad it seems to be sorting itself out? Fast chargers are great, but even better if you set them as your destination in the Porsche sat nav - that way it should precondition the battery as you get closer, meaning you will see faster charging times. Let us know how you get on?
best regards
jon

Thanks Jon. I‘ve an appointment near Porsche Centre Solihull tomorrow afternoon, so have contacted them and arranged to use their on-site charging station!.

Cheers Chris
