Hi I am looking for a owners handbook for a facelift 996 c2 yes they are on eBay but at stupid money I want one to use as my car was traded in at a main Porsche dealer and they shredded all the history (apparently for data protection!!) all I got was the service book any help would be appreciated it would be nice to build up the documents
also got a basalt black hardtop and stand and waterproof cover for sale £550
(stand and cover are two months old and cost me £175)

They are still listed on the PET parts program, so it might be worth a call to a Porsche Centre Parts Department to see if they are in stock. The part numbers for MY2002, 2003, and 2004 are:
WKD99602002
WKD99602003
WKD99602004

Not cheap though, at about £70. Probably a long shot, but worth a try if you haven't already.

Hi Graham,

I have one with it’s wallet that I don’t need.

I bought my 996 turbo and didn’t realise for a long while that the chap had accidentally given me the driver’s manual to his carrera. I found the correct one for a cracking deal, so I bought the right one for my car. I intended to advertise this one to recoup what it cost me for the turbo driver’s manual.

Please PM me and perhaps we can come to an arrangement if you're interested in it.

Thanks
John

The pdf is for the US model, which has slight differences. I have a copy if you want it. PM me too with your email address so I can attach it to a reply.
