Dear all,

R2 member Paul Fowler has recently purchased an icarsoft Por. V2.0 diagnostic tool, which is designed for all Porsche vehicles with an OBD2 diagnostics system/port (so 986/996/Mk1 Cayenne etc.. or newer).

This machine can scan for fault codes and interrogate in further detail. It can also interact with the car to perform functions such as resetting service lights, re-initialising headlight washers, and so on.

Paul is an enthusiast who looks after his own 987S, and has spent a significant amount of his own money on this machine.
Paul has offered to perform diagnostics/service resets/other functions with this machine to other club members. He's asking a small fee of £10 to perform this work, as a way of helping to recoup some of the cost of investing in this machine. He'll only charge people based on a successful result, if the machine can't or fails to read your car he won't charge.

If any other members in the club would like to make use of this offer, in the interests of data protection please email us at r2@porscheclubgb.com in the first instance, and we can put you directly in touch with Paul privately.

George
