I had a call from my Porsche centre this morning to inform that they still have not been given building allocation for my 992.S. I placed my deposit end of July. I have been told, all centres are similar With long waiting lists for 911 and 718.

I will carry on enjoying my present 992S, [:D]

The used v new price delta for me, is insufficient to keep looking for my perfect used car. I was told by a SE England Centre that they expected build priority on GTS models in 1Qtr 2021, but I guess the real reason for paucity of 1Qtr build slots is potential import duty and it being easy to favour supply to other markets whilst they have uncertainty in UK demand.

I placed my order in July and took delivery two weeks ago.

Prices are pretty strong for the 992 at present but no doubt like all new model Porsche‘s this will soon start to soften.

Mind you if demand outstrips supply and combined with no Brexit deal I can see the price of new cars rocketing with its knock on effect on the secondhand market.

This is my Aventurine Green car that I cleaned for the first time today.

Looks good Peter, has that got the sport design side skirts

yes it was Ann-Marie’s choice and I have to say they make a huge difference in enhancing the looks.
