Spec / Build sheet

Just in case anyone is interested - you can get a full spec / build sheet for your pride and joy from https://vinanalytics.com/ just need your VIN number.
Not sure how long this will be available, but just ran mine and came back with a full and detailed list of build options that match perfectly with my car.
Have been looking for something like this for a long time.

BTW if you are buying from a Porsche Centre, they can (if can be bothered) print out the car build sheet.

No problem, I had tried the site a couple of years ago, but couldn't get a spec for my car.
Works a treat now - good to have in my car file.

I thought the short shifter and Turbo alloys on my car had been later additions, but it turns out they were spec'ed from factory.??

It asks for the last five digits of the Vin first which didn't work for me, but when I put the full vin in it found the car.

2014 and 1984 share the VIN year code "E”

Yeah. I have been using this one for almost a year now. In case you are looking for an alternative VIN check, go check out VinPit here. This VIN# checker can be very useful in finding detailed information if you wish to buy a used car. Good luck.

It didn't work for me the first couple of times I tried to use it, but once I had registered with them, it did work. If it hasn't worked for you, try that first.
Compared to what I got from the OPC, it is a nicely formatted print out.

Bit late to the party on this one, but I just tried vinanalytics and they now charge US$8.99 for a report. Not a lot of course, but I wondered if anyone had used this paid-for service and if it was a worthwhile report? ??

I paid for it - as mentioned in my post above. It is a nicely formatted report - much better than the build sheet I got from the OPC.
