pirelli fuel card question

someone asked me at the last zoom meeting about the pirelli fuel card offer (sorry can't remember who!)

so far it has gone like this - clicked on the link in the club website below

https://www.porscheclubgb.com/news-and-events/news/2018/april/exclusive-members-offer
create an account and fill in the bumpf
note it won't let you do anything without uploading a receipt so have this ready first (or at least I can't see how to progress without that)
then scan and upload a copy of your purchase receipt

and that's it - they acknowledged it and said they'd send me the card in the next batch they do in a few weeks presumably

You get a Perx Mastercard with the name Rewards Made Simple. It isn't chip and pin so you can only use it where someone accepts a signature (it's not embossed so it won't go through an old fashioned manual machine) or you use it online with RWS as the name on the card. It has an expiry date and 3 digit security pin on the back. Since most online checkouts normally only accept one valid payment type you have to be careful how you use it else you will be left with odd pounds on it that you find you cannot spend.

Good afternoon

I know this is a very old thread, but I cant find an up to date one. My question is that I received a Perx reward card via the Pirelli tyre promo but has anyone successfully used one? Most of my purchases are online so cannot use it then, I have tried a couple of big stores but they declined to accept it. I have started to lose part of the value as I have had the card just over a year now! I have emailed EML cards for an answer but just wondered how anyone else has managed to use their card…

thanks

Richard M

I used mine for paying for petrol when I filled the car up. As a previous post stated you need to make sure they will accept a signature, best done somewhere that knows you.
