Hi All,

I am just trying to gather info on where you are all from, I want to get to know where everyone is in order to try and plan meets and events to try and please everyone to some degree (pretty difficult but I'll try). If I can get a general idea of where the majority of you are, it will help.

So, please vote.

Just in case you don't know where you are from, here's a map. Sorry Highlands, Islands, Wales and Scotland and NI are not on here but I could not find one to include everything.

And hey, you might find that you've got a 964 owning neighbour to have a beer with or borrow a DME relay from :)

Cheers,
Mark

Does Maidenhead (SL6) count as South East or London & surroundings? [:D]

Actually, on my walking travels over the past few months, I spotted a C4 Cab on Windsor Road, that anybodies?

PS: This Forum is private, isn't it?

Thanks guys, looking like a more southerly meet so far.

I am trying to drum up some attention to the forum to get more users on here, so hopefully this will come along some.

Just wanted to update, today, I contacted 2 pubs about a small gathering of 964's, 1 said they would call back which they later did, the other was on teh ball and said it's not possible due to new covid rules, gatherings of more than 6 are not allowed..

So the meet up idea has to be shelved for now unfortunately.

That is a shame. The Bicester https://bicesterheritage.co.uk/classic-car/ classic car drive-in on the 19th/20th September is going ahead, it is approved under the new restrictions and John from R19 called me last night to confirm it was going ahead and I had a place in the Porsche section. Maybe we can pick another event that is going ahead and just encourage 964s to attend that in a group? I'll be at Bicester on 19th if any other 964s are going!

Stephen

Hi Mark,

I have a Friday ticket for the same Bicester event and wondering do I need request elsewhere a Porsche parking spot with the others. Not expecting any special arrangements or for you to know/arrange etc, but if you know who might be able to help that would be great.

Thanks

Marcus

Got it, thanks Stephen.. didn't want to assume it was John but he can help then great..

Hi All
I have tickets for the postponed Biscester Scramble (was April) and now believe planned for 4th October if anyone is going?

NN15 (kettering, Northamptonshire) but very happy to travel, would love to meet fellow 964's... most of the lot I drive out with are watercoolers. No class :)
