Macan Wheels

Smunns

New member
I have just sold my Cayman and brought a Macan S for a bit of comfort so i have a set of 18" wheels on it and thinking of changing them for a new set so do i go for a set of 21" or 20"

The general thinking for Macan is 21" with air and 20" with steel spring suspension.

21" tyres are very low profile and need a more compliant suspension for a better ride. Also 20" tyres better protect the rims from kerbing due to their taller side walls. [;)]

Thanks for that and next is what ones to get that is a good questions lol.

i will be getting 20" ones as i don't want to make it to uncomfortable.

Depends greatly on bodywork colour - and personal choice, of course. Dark colours benefit from lighter colour wheels.

Start with the Porsche UK configurator and take a look at the wheel options there. There are further options by scrolling down to the Tequipment section and looking under "Wheels".

I tend to chose simple, easy to clean designs, myself. [:)]

Clive
