Drainage / wet carpet

I understand that this post keeps coming up but I have to have my rant. Rear passenger carpet and beneath rear seat were saturated, called indy to book car in for clearing and checking drainage tubes but did not return my calls. Opted to book car in with OPC and works was carried out. 2 weeks later carpet was checked out of curiosity and to my horror it was saturated again. Called OPC and they asked could they have the car back so they could carry out further tests to determine what the fault was, they said they would require 3 hours but would do the works at a discounted £400. After reading previous posts I decided to remove the rear wheel and liner as the task was supposedly a straightforward job, it was. On removing the liner it was immediately obvious that Porsche had not carried out any works on the drainage outlet as it was completely blocked with dirt which had built up over a long period of time.
My question is how would you pursue this with the OPC , I have taking plenty of pictures and a video for evidence.
Appreciate your time in reading this post and look forward to peoples opinions and what they would do.

Hi Keiran
Just my thoughts
What does the receipt say re work carried out? Is the OPC local to you, I assume you’d like a refund, sometimes getting refunds from OPC s it like get blood from a stone unfortunately.
Personally I would contact the OPC and ask to speak to the service manager, tell him you have a complaint that you are not prepared to discuss over the phone. (your choice, Phone = easy to fob people off) make an appointment with him. When you go back ask him what’s involved in checking and resolving blocked drainage tubes and what tests would your staff do to confirm they have cleared all the drains? Then armed with your evidence, photos and receipts discuss & and ask for a full refund, be polite be patent and stand your ground.
This is all such a basic issue and there should be no excuse for not resolving it, Luckily no further damage was caused to the modules under the seat, hopefully you will get the outcome you need, but trading standards & more are there for us all if you cannot get a satisfactory outcome.
Good luck

Thank you Andy for your advice. I will contact the OPC this morning and speak to the service manager and put my case forward, I would be very surprised if the outcome was not positive as the evidence I have is quite conclusive but as you stated they may dig their heals in and then I would go down another avenue. Further to removing the rear passenger side wheel I removed the opposite side yesterday and found that partially blocked with debris. Will update this post later today when I have spoken to OPC.
