Boxster (987.1) boot badge position

Hi. My Boxster (987.1) was de-badged before I bought it and I’ve finally decided to re-badge it.
Can someone please advise the correct measurement from bottom of badge to bottom of boot lid? It is a standard (not S) model. (I’ve only been able to find 986 measurement on the web).
Obviously the badge has to be central but the measurement from edge of B to edge of left side of boot would be helpful also please. Many thanks all.

Badges often come in a template but if you can check another Boxster of the same model to take some measurements.

Thanks Cliff. The badge I have doesn’t have a template. Had thought of measuring others in carparks - but a bit dodgy I thought!! But would really love to know the correct measurement if poss.

Graham,

Can't help I'm afraid but all I can suggest is that when things get back to normal you get along to a Regional or Register meeting with your tape measure.!
