958 Floor Mat Issue

Hi

I am new to the forum and nice to meet you all.

I have recently purchased a 2014 V8 S Diesel, in red with a host of options. After 3 weeks of ownership and still on the first fuel fill up and 650 miles later, I am loving the car.

I have moved over from Overfinch ownership, which I enjoyed, but was a little nervous with the reliability, though fortunately didn’t cost me any repair costs.

The issue I have is with the floor mats. I contacted Porsche and agreed to purchase floor mats using my reg to find the correct ones. They arrived today and are a mile out. I spoke with Porsche and they advised the correct ones for my model were superceeded with the ones they have sent. As my car is just before the facelift, did the mats change Shape? The drivers is way out on the shape And stud locations. All 4 mat locations have the studs in the carpets, but the mats received only had the stud locators in the fronts.

Has anyone else had this problem? Could it be they correct mats are now NLA?

Thanks in advance

Difficult to say with the limited info you have supplied but the 958 numbered mats do indeed supersede to the later 7P5 number. That said, the fit is crap isnt it? How can they expect them to be a replacement? I would give those back and go aftermarket, better mats at a cheaper price

I have had this resolve now. The wrong label was on the bag, so picked wrong. All sorted, Thanks
