As most of you will know the above event was due to take place in August. After much deliberation and discussion Strasse and the Yorkshire Region 7 of the PCGB have made the very difficult, but we feel correct, decision not to run the Yorkshire Porsche Festival this year but to postpone it to 2021.
The decision has not been made lightly particularly given the heavy emphasis placed on fundraising at the event, and also as it will be the first one missed in 25 years!
However given that the event now attracts well over 800 Porsche Cars plus non Porsche visitors we just do not feel the event can be held safely in the current climate of Covid-19 and it is in all our interests to stay safe, and to come back in 2021 bigger and brighter than ever.
So let’s not say cancelled – let’s say postponed and we will see every one of you in 2021 – thank you for all your support stay safe and well.
