Gentlefolk,

Could anyone advise me of the dimensions of the O-ring between the Airflow Sensor and Air Cleaner assemblies please? Guessing 80mm ID, just really need to know the section.

Many thanks,

Tref.

Aren't there three o rings? Anyway sizes are 82-2.5 and 65-3.0 The one your after isn't specified. Taken from PET

Thanks Geoff! I looked on PET and all I could see it say was "999 707 206 40 - O-ring" 82 x 2.5 sounds about right.
The other one is all in place, this is me 3d printing a new duct from S2 aircleaner to 968 MAF, before I was using a hose to link, jubilee clipped to the MAF.

Thanks again,

Tref.

that O ring is about 8mm in diameter and not shown in PET for a size

the other two mentioned above are for the Throttle body to manifold connection,

I can go over the garage later and measure mine if you wish,

999.707.206.40 £2.45 Inc Vat

Ok i have measured it as best I can

looks like 82-83mm ID, 6mm thickness, came up as 5.91mm on my 20p vernier

That is perfect - thank you! Enough for me to be able to design an O-ring groove to suit!
