I have just been checking on the right antifreeze for my 04 996 c4 as I have just changed the water pump and according to the Comma site you should be putting in the approved Comma Xtreme G30 just check on their website also you should not mix antifreeze so flush your system anyway and refill for about 5 years of protection
Also this is available from Halfords

I changed over to G30 as soon as I bought my last C4s, fantastic offers on EBay, compared to Halfrauds.
Unfortunately I’ve just picked up my new 996 turbo and it has crappy blue, so got to go through it all again.

When I refilled my coolant after water pump and radiator changes, I left the burp valve open on the expansion tank for three heat cycles. After the first short run to get up to temp and then cool down I had to add just over one and half litres of coolant. After the second slightly longer run and the cool down it was about half a litre and finally after a third good run and cool down there was no change in the level. Both rads were getting hot and fans working as expected.
