I'm just wondering if there is any Information on what petrol is safe to use in my 3.2. I understand that 97/98 RON is currently E5 and that E10 is coming. Will E5 still be available? Will E10 be safe to use?

Hello Ian, There is a Porsche AG Press Release that states air cooled models are not complient with E10 and shouldn't be run on it.
Back here the UK government are planning to launch E10 on the forecourts next year, and will be added to 'standard' pumps and the 'premium' pumps will continue to be E5.

Hello pepe, All air cooled cars like yours and mine will need to buy the E5 fuel. This will be the higher grade available at the pumps, what I have been doing since I bought the car, so no change to my fuelling habits.
A year or so ago the government introduced clearer labelling at the pumps so seeing the E10 from the E5 will be easy. Steve
