September Weekend Of The Year

We have now made arrangements for this years WOTY.

The R13 WOTY in 2020 will be from 4th to 6th September in Cumbria staying 2nights at the Appleby Manor Hotel (https://www.applebymanor.co.uk/).

The dinner, bed and breakfast rate is £180 per room per night based on 2 sharing a Classic or Deluxe room, classic rooms are in the Coach House which is approx 10 yards from the main house across a gravel courtyard or on the 2nd floor of the main house (the hotel does not have a lift).

Single occupancy would would be at a rate of £135 per night and there are 21 Classic and Deluxe rooms in total.

Guests can up grade to a Manor Room for an additional £10 per night or a ground floor garden view room for an additional £20 per night. There are 10 of these making 31 in total.

Rates include breakfast and a 3 course meal each night.

Initially 20 rooms are reserved for us but we have the potential to take more so early booking is recommended to avoid disappointment.

If you would like to reserve a room an £80 non refundable deposit should be paid to the hotel directly on 017683 51571 and confirm its Porsche club weekend 2020.

Please email simonhopcroft@aol.com to confirm your place once your deposit is paid.

On Friday the 4th there will be a meeting point at the Wensleydale Cheese centre followed by a scenic drive taking in Buttertubs Pass to the hotel. Saturday will have a couple of scenic drive and visit options and on Sunday there will be a scenic drive to a Sunday lunch venue before departing for home.

Good news - - the hotel expects that they will be able to accommodate us despite the Coronavirus situation.
