A sad question but

A saddo question but ..... Just wondering what could be used to put on the edge of the right angle where 2 walls  meet in a garage in case a car door is opened a little too energetically - the best I’m coming up with is pipe lagging, carpet or upholstery foam - ideally in white

There's a carpet shop locally who often have off cuts in a bin. I got a length for free and pinned it to the garage wall. Job done.
