Listers are opening the doors to their new Porsche Hull dealership on Monday the 20th January, this is the "soft launch", an official launch is due to take place later in the year and there will also be an official opening for R7 and R4 members, we will communicate details in a separate post.

The facilities are excellent, the initial "wow factor" as you walk through the doors is certainly there. It features a twenty two car showroom which is light and spacious, a state of the art workshop with two paint repair booths and a curing oven plus two hi-tech welcoming bays for inspection of cars on arrival to the workshop. Twin berth indoor hand washing bays with drying facilities, meaning cars can be fully prepared without leaving the building.

There is a superbly equipped and dedicated delivery bay to give new owners a first class handover experience, a spacious gallery and seating areas, the open construction design makes full use of the floor space.

There is an excellent team waiting to meet you when you visit, Chris Norris, sales manager and Richard Kitteridge, brand director have assembled a talented workforce with exceptional Porsche experience and Sarah Hiles is coordinating events with the owners club.

Looks good, look forward to visiting and seeing how Lister Group compare to JCT.

This is Listers first venture with Porsche, they are very keen to provide a first class service and experience for buyers as well as owners seeking someone to look after their cherished cars.

They have a mix of Porsche trained employees as well as those moving over from Listers Mercedes. First impressions are very positive, good luck with your purchase.

We did discuss a discount, tried to get 20% but that didn't float ;) So check first but they did seem willing to give 10%.

Hi Glenn,
10% off Porsche branded parts & accessories from Porsche centres is a discount included in your PCGB membership subscription, if they query it just point it out! Try asking for more, suspect they will soon revert to 10%! I know they are very keen to attract new customers.

You would have thought that "a first class service and experience" would be a given. Sadly this isn't always the case. If Listers can live up to their aims, then there is a lot of business ripe for the taking
