Bicester Heritage 8 December

ok, it’s a long way to go for a day out, but I am tempted by previous reports on this event so I think I will make a special effort. Anyone else thinking of going?

Would have joined you John but unfortunately at work. Hope you get some company for the trip. 👍

We are going for the weekend. Staying in Warwick on Saturday. Going to Castle and shopping in day. Full English at premier inn Sunday Morning. then a short drive to Bicester. Should be a good Weekend.

Last year was a massive event and this year appears to be growing just as quickly.

If you are planning on going everyone should get their skates on as I think from what Head Office told me 1200 tickets sold in the first week. Think there are only 2000 available.

I'm not in the country on those dates or it might have been one for me too

i'm fully planning on going down. Planning on possibly meeting up with some friends for a pre Xmas meet on the Saturday before the Sunday event, happy to travel down/back as part of a larger group.

Has anyone who signed up heard back on the tickets yet? I've seen nothing since applying for them?

You register for 2 tickets maximum per member on the PCGB website. If they haven't issued the 2000 free ticket allocation you'll receive an email by return with the tickets which you print off and present on arrival in your Porsche at Bicester Heritage. It's all done online.

Well that’s weird...unregistered just after receiving the email, never received any confirmation but it I check the site now I get the message ‘already registered’

Think I’ll have to get in contact with the club office!

Ignore me! Checking my mailbox I received the 'thanks for registering' email and immediately after the actual tickets!

Paying the price of a out of control mailbox.

Apologies for the short notice (busy period and dates rushed up and taken me by surprise) the plans for the weekend with friends in Oxford have been cancelled and I have to travel for work Sunday evening so I'll probably not be going to Bicester (unless I can find some more tickets to make it worth a day trip for my friends down there to tag along)

Before I offer my tickets back to the club office do any R3 members want them?
