Impromptu Run - Sunday 25th

Greetings you crazy kids...

Just putting the feelers out for a run on Sunday. Totally understand that its the bank holiday weekend but seems a waste of a good sunny day.... Especially those without a hard roof.

A few places I have in mind to meet.

Lanchester Garden Center. DH7 0SS but I think we all know where that place is now.

Bishop Auckland - Abrahams Business Park, DL14 9TT. There is a starbucks, McDonalds and Subway here. Across the road is a Sainsburys and a Tesco's for breakfast.

Cross Lanes Farm - On the A66. DL12 9RT. Never been here before so a big leap into the unknown. This will hopefully drag in the more southern based members of the region.

Any other suggestions are most welcome.

Would be looking at a 10am meet for an 11 bells start. Route tbc on the day with an adult discussion.

Any takers?

Please leave a message.

Up for a run out, the weather forecast sounds promising!

Would prefer Bishop Auckland or Cross Lanes, but anywhere will do.

Hi Andy, I may be able to make the breakfast bit for a short run dependent upon where you start.

Although cannot guarantee being out all day. I'll keep an eye on the post for updates.

cheers

John

Shall we meet here.... Bishop Auckland - Abrahams Business Park, DL14 9TT.

There is plenty of parking outside Starbucks. Say for 10.30....?

See you all there.

Thanks to everyone who turned out today.

Porsches, good weather, great roads, fantastic company and back in time for the last hour of the cricket.

If Carlsberg did Sundays.......

Thanks again

Andy & Angela

Thanks for organising the run yesterday. What a fantastic day and the drive was phenomenal. The front of my car isn’t looking too good with all of the bugs etc. lol

I hope you both enjoy your holidays.

Sunshine, great roads, warm tarmac and good friends.

An excellent 'impromptu run'

Thanks Andy and Angela
