Brief hi from my wife Jana and I who will be relocating from London to Inveraray on the 2nd September.

Had 911's for most of my adult life and they get used, certainly not garage queens and fortunate enough to have a 991 GTS that in the last year has been to Le Mans, Spa and Scotland. Have a Cayenne D as well in addition to a 1971 Austin Sprite.

Looking forward to joining in with a few meets and drives where we can. Been very active in the London / R20 region for years.

Really looking forward to our move in a few weeks and meeting you guys.

All the best,

Rob & Jana

not a (too) blatant plug, but we will be taking over a gorgeous guest house that is car friendly overlooking Loch Fyne, will post an ad in the right place at the right time.

Welcome to Scotland and good luck with the new business, at least you won’t be short of nice scenic routes to get out and drive!

Welcome indeed and look forward to meeting you both. The Club has had a few memorable runs in your (new) neck of the woods that I've been on

Congratulations on your move to Scotland. Some great roads to explore, during peak tourist season it’s best to get up early if you enjoy a spirited drive.
Wonderful Scenery, but watch out for the midgies on damp still days

cheers

Steve

Hi Rob & Jana,
Welcome to Scotland and R1.
The region has a variety of events that are well attended throughout the year and I look forward to welcoming you both along after you have settled in.
Please look out for my regular update emails and check out our Events Page on the PCGB website to keep up to speed with what's going on.
The car looks lovely and I can't wait to see it in the flesh.
Hope the move goes well.
See you soon.
Regards,
Donald. R1,RO.

Hi Donald,

Thanks for your kind words and look forward to seeing you guys soon.

Will definitely make the most of the region and events where we can.

This is my morning view.... beats London any day!

Hi Rob, ]
Congratulations, we keep our boat on Loch Fyne at Portavadie, we were moored at Collintrive hotel last weekend, which is being taken over by a couple from London shortly, is this yourself ? or is it somewhere in Inverary itself,

Regards
Scott.

Thanks Scott,

Not us, but just looking at those areas on maps looks like it may be an interesting run down to you at some point!

We are in Inveraray itself, about 10 mins walk from the centre, Rudha-Na-Craige - http://www.rudha-na-craige.com/

We drive up Sunday 1st, stay at the George Hotel and get the keys to Rudha at lunchtime on Monday 2nd.

Catch you soon.

Rob
