996C4S Tyre wear!

I have rear tyre problems again! My car is fitted with Pirelli Rosso N4 tyres with 3.95mm tread depth and they are now screeming/whining at between 55-75 Klms/hr! when they were fitted in 2016 they were no problem but this year the problem started again (I had the same with a previous set). The Geo has been done twice within the standard 996C4S specification (last one in Jan 19) and is right up the middle of the spec. The fronts are perfect. They are scalloped/feathered on the inside edge which is what is making the noise. I have tried pressures from 39 to 44PSI and all it does is move the harmonics around to different speeds. The rear suspension has no play or percievable wear and the wheel bearings have been checked. Its driving me mad and makes me deaf. The RH rear is worst.[]
Anyone out there got any ideas?
I am not a fan of the Pereili tyres and wonder if its worth changing ther rears to something else I would prefer Mitchelin. Unfortunatley the fronts are barely worn after some 19250Klms. One question might be can the tyres be turned round on the rims so worn side on the outside cant find any markings saying outside on the tyre. [8|]

When I see this I normally suspect that one of the bushes in either the lower suspension arm or toe arm has seized on the mounting bolt, not giving freedom of movement. It might also give rise to a harsh ride bumps.

This might be worth checking.
