copy of details received

Hi John
The details are below, we will be setting everything up in the morning so we should be around most off the morning, but will need the cars on site by 11.30am. There are about a dozen cars attending in all. Obviously you will all have your own insurance, but every care will be taken to protect the cars while on site.

Houghton and Wyton feast week fate day is on Sat 6th July. It’s on Houghton village sports field, just of the A1123 between St ives and Huntingdon, turn into Houghton down St ives road and the entrance is immediately on the right.

It will be a static display on the village playing field. The fete starts at 12 noon so we would need the cars in position by11.30am ideally. The fete runs until 4pmso I guess you will be free to go shortly afterwards say 4.15pm. If you think people would want to leave earlier than this could you let me know.
