Possible clutch slip? Vibration in second and third in particular

good morning all, I have a 63 plate Cayenne S and have noticed over the past couple of weeks there is a strange shudder/vibration while accelerating slowly or quickly particularly in second and third. It feels like its changing up every couple of seconds even though it’s still in the same gear.
is this sign of clutch slipping or maybe transmission oil oil low?
it doesn’t feel like it’s a gear issue as it’s not happening fast enough to be with revolutions of gears ( I hope)
any similar experiences ? Worried about a potential massive bill

Hi
Transfer box was my first thought, it might be a good idea to get the oil changed I do mine every time it has a service.
