Intermittent ABS failure warning

Hi all. My car has twice this week come up with ABS Failure with the ABS and PSM light on. Stopping the car, switching off and starting again clears them. Has happened twice but did around 300 miles before it happening again.
Any suggestions welcomed.

The 3 common causes of this are:

    Faulty brake light switch
Faulty ABS sensor (or bad connection)
    Ageing MAF sensor

A diagnostic check with a Porsche tester is the best place to start.
