All you need is a mobile phone a good pair of Mk 1 eyeballs and a strong bladder (n.b. there are no printed notes or wee wee stops on this run .... erm ...... well ok then ....... but if you nettle your nether regions whilst cavorting in the bushes then at least be able to recognise a dock leaf and know how to use it ...... and don't blame me if you get a rash).
We have a tasty nosebag and a little natter scheduled for 08:30 hrs then time to jump back in your tub and head home for lunch.
