C4S brake calliper refurb.

Hey guys , I’ve just had my C4S wheels referbished and a new set of pirelli tyres fitted , Now I’m looking at having my brake callipers done
can anyone recommend the best option for this , who to use and the best way of doing it , I really don’t want to sent mine off and leave the car without brakes fitted , obviously there would be a surcharge until the old unit have been returned , has any of you guys had this done .
