996 Replacement ICE

HI, does anyone have experience with replacing the ICE in the 996. I have a C4S with sat nav and cd autochanger. I would like to upgrade to a modern system, without wrecking the aesthetics. Suggestions please...

I had a Pioneer Avic in my previous C4. Came with it, worked really well and looked fine....

Keep it original, the price of the head units have increased secondhand and become harder to come by.

^seconded. It's nice knowing no-one can hold of me whilst out driving :). There are a few threads in the Forum though on how to do it and what people have done. I dont think it  matters too much as long as its double din, but some may have an issue with surrounds. Keep the original if you do, do it.
