FUZZY door speaker

My drivers door speaker has suddenly gone fuzzy, anyone else had this problem?
Very strange as I hardly ever use the sound system.
How easy is it to remove the "door card" to get access to the speaker?

Have found out the reason for my initially fuzzy door speaker which a day later stopped working altogether, water has got in the door and has soaked the lower parts of the speaker diaphragm.
So more importantly, I need to find out where the water is getting in.

It must either be the door glass seal or where the door mirror pedestal is fitted to the door skin.

I have a feeling that water is leaking into the door via the triangular rubber section at the front of the door as this is directly above the speaker.
I have removed the two torx bit screws to lift this section out but the glass outer seal is preventing it from being withdrawn.
Does anyone know how this outer seal comes off?
Have checked youtube but nothing.

Have removed all the seals & front glass guide/triangular rubber section for cleaning.
Refitted dried out speaker but although there seems to be no apparent damage the speaker has lost its tone.
New one ordered from Porsche, just about same price with club discount as a second hand one on ebay.

New speaker fitted (cost £53 with PCGB discount) and sound back to normal.
With all the door seals back in place I am still unsure where the water got in so am wondering whether to back the speaker with HD poly to ensure if there is any further water ingress it doesn't get to the back of the speaker.
