Guys - this is my first post, I have done a search, but it seems to bring up the standard upgrades. I am currently looking at a 3.4s 07. It has no back boxes on he exhaust need the exit twin end tail pipe. Have these been removed, or do some models not have them. Car is loud. Thoughts appreciated. Will this effect fueling etc... should I be wary. Looking underneath they have not been there for some time.

Thanks - Nige

You say in another post that you have bought the car and have no cats, are the back boxes missing too?

If that is the case then I would suggest looking at getting hold of a second hand exhaust, often to be found on ebay it will make the car far more comfortable on long journeys. A Carnewal modified exhaust has a nicer sound if one comes your way and with luck the cats should be there.

Fueling is controlled by the Llambda sensors which are usually located just behind the front cats which are actually a part of the Exhaust Manifolds on the 987.1S.
