Brian, I regret to say that I won’t now be able to take part in the factory visit. Apologies for the short notice.

Good evening Morgan visitors.

I have had an email from Morgan requesting confirmation of numbers.  I will reply assuming that all are still planning to visit so no need to confirm other than your Lunch choice please.

I need Lunch menu choices from everyone except: Ian and Sue, Ian and Ann, Stuart and Pam.  I apologise if I have missed any of you that have let me know their choices who are not on this list.
Graham posted the link to the menu below, it does still work..

My email address is brian@ahernfamily.co.uk

Please can I also ask for confirmation of your choice of  (a) meeting at Cotswold Gateway Hotel at Burford for a prompt 9am departure, (b) meeting the Burford Group at Cornbury House, Moreton in Marsh or (c) making your own way to Malvern.

My timings are based on arriving at Morgan at 10.30 as we will need to pay individually.  I am extremely relaxed about a group drive and will not be in the least offended if you want to make your way.
Our tour is booked to start at 11 and and will take 2 hours, Lunch is booked for 1.15,  5 minutes away and I'm assured that the car park is "friendly".

Here's hoping for some good weather and an excellent day out.

Good evening Morgan Visitors

Thank you all for responding with your choices, these have been sent to the pub.

As there will be 10 cars leaving Morgan it might be difficult to stay together...

The address of the pub is as follows:

The Swan Inn
Worcester Road
Newland
Malvern
Worcestershire
WR13 5AY
01886 832 224
theswaninnnewland@gmail.com

The address for Morgan is:

Morgan Motor Company Visitor Centre
Spring Lane
Malvern
Worcestershire
WR14 1AJ

Google Maps says 25 mins from the Cotswold Gateway to PCGB and 1 hr from there to Morgan so we will be sticking to a 9 am departure from Burford and 9.30 from PCGB.  There are 6 cars starting at Burford, 2 (Stuart and Pam + Ian and Ann) joining at PCGB and 3 going directly to Morgan, Ian and Sue, Howard and Lisa, Clive and Muriel.   If we can save a couple of minutes at PCGB, so much the better.  I will text Stuart when we leave Burford.

As we all have to pay when we arrive (£21.60 per person) may I suggest that those going direct do this when they arrive, don't wait for the rest of the group if you are there before us.

The tour is booked for 11am as PCGB but they might have it in my name.

Sincere apologies if this is stating the obvious.....

My mobile is 07500 871135.

I will bring some radios as we have 8 cars from Moreton.

Look forward to seeing you on Saturday.

Brian and Elsa will be joining us as sadly Phil has damaged his knee and is unable to take his place.  They will be going to directly to Morgan.
