Hi guys

Did any other 951 owners here fit the Vitesse piggyback hardware and if so would you still have the software disc?

I'm having trouble finding mine which is very silly of me...if anyone here does have the software I wondered if you could copy it and email the files to me?

If anyone can help, let me know and I'll send you my email address

Cheers

Pete

Ok..panic over...my wife found a back up disc that I made 12 years ago...the software is now installed on my new laptop....what would I do without SWMBO.....:)

Drat. I thought I was going to be helpful when I read the first post. The Turbo is long since gone but I'm sure I've still got the Vitesse piggyback disk somewhere [&:]

If I hadn't found mine I'd have been out with the begging bowl that's for sure....keep hold of them guys, you never know i may mislay mine again....:)

Sorry to drag an old thread up, but I can't get my copy to work and I'm not sure if it's corrupted or just not happy on a newer operating system. I have the grey box, as I believe that has different software from the black one, does anyone have a copy that they could email to me? If so I would be very grateful. My email is my surname @lineone.net

Problem solved, for some reason Windows 7 had just blocked it, so I now have it working after a bit of faffing, which is a relief as it wasn't going to be a cheap fix!

That's good to hear Peter - my offline backup copy is definitely still within the confines of my house but if I had to narrow it down more than that I would be struggling [;)]

I take it the car is back with the rebuilt engine? How goes it?

Thanks Paul,
They've updated me that the engine is in and running, so it's just a few jobs left to do. I'm hoping to get a basic tune done before starting to run it in (as I don't trust my attemps given the investment), hence my panic when I realised the software didn't appear to work anymore. I've got some more pics they've sent to me, so I'll try to get around to updating the other thread when I get a few moments over the next couple of days.

Looking forward to the updates - with older software windows sometimes takes a few attempts to sort the correct compatibility mode.
