Window wind noise

I have a ‘99 C2 and there is a little wind noise coming from the drivers side window. I understand that this can be adjusted but don’t know how or by how much to do so. Any guidance would be welcome and advice on how to test if it is correctly aligned without having to test drive every time I adjust?

thanks team 996!

Here are the instructions from the manual.  I found it was more a case of applying the engineer's formula, TLAR (that looks about right).
