718 Boxster S - air-con blower not working

Wife came home yesterday reporting that the blower had stopped working. I tried it today without success. When I pressed "aircon max", the engine sound changed to reflect the expected extra load but no blowing!
Any ideas?

I'll get my PC to look at it, just wondered if there was a quick fix?

Thanks
David

Had its minor service at 2 years old on 05.09.2018 which included £149 for an air-con service.

Not 100% sure but I think when it's out of gas it over rides system not to work
Needs to be professionally checked out.
Good luck hope you get it sorted.

I sent an email to the PC last Sunday afternoon and received a reply Monday morning, 08:30hrs.
I drove away from the PC (20 miles away) at 11:20hrs Monday, all done. So credit to Nottingham PC for pulling it in so quickly.

However,.....

This seems to be a basic design fault. Their advice, to prevent it happening again, was to; "use your car more", at least every three/four days. :ROFLMAO:

On the Cayman thread, Jeff has told me how to address the fault, which seems easy enough, even for me as a non-techie.
