Replacing drivers side door sill trim 981

Hi,
My 981 has bad scratches to the driver's side door sill trim. It's the one with the boot release switches in it (pic attached hopefully). I've sourced a replacement but wondering how easy it is to swap out and how to remove the switches and trim.
Any pointers would be great.

There are a number of YouTube guides on this as well as Rennlist and Planet 9 posts. Too many to post a link. It is very straight forward. Good luck.

 
It's quite easy once you find the two M6 Cap Screws hidden in the inner sill carpet (5mm key).

It will then lift off the vertical plastic fixings.
