Suspension upgrades C2S

Has anyone got any experience of fitting Elephant Racing suspension parts ? They offer a multitude of parts (at a price !) and I am trying to decide how far to go with the lowering, track width increase, camber adjustment, coil overs, rubber/poly bushes etc, etc. I want a set-up that will be really good/sharp but also NICE to use on the road. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Not specifically, but have bought Tarett drop links with my optioned M030 sway bars and Bilstein PSS10 coilovers. The plan is to upgrade at various stages. As you say, depends how far you want to go with a similar setup to a GT spec. I plan to get started over next few weeks. Not decided on poly bushes just yet and will decide as I strip down components.

Thanks Wibble. How do you like those coilovers ? I am either going for the same or Ohlins equiv.

They look good in the box :) The Ohlins are more expensive but track focused setup. The PSS10s are suited for fast road although can be adjusted for track days. Another lesser known is Intrax, although highly rated BMW M fraternity. They do a kit for the 996, but you may need to source them via a racing specialist - their top mounts can easily be adjusted for track camber, but equally backed off for road use.

I am considered the Elephant top mounts based upon the GT cars. Tarett and FVD offer similar mounts.
