Hi,

New region 2 member here. I've just replaced my trusty 2008 987 Boxster 2.7 SE which I owned for over 4 years with a 2015 Sapphire Blue 981 Boxster GTS. Hoping to get along to some of the monthly meetings and outings.

Hi Simon,

Great to wlecome you as part of the club! I had the pleasure of driving a 981 Boxster GTS for a short trip, needless to say it was absolutely spine tingling the noise it made! Definitley high up on my want list that's for sure.

There are several people with 981 GTS cars in the two Scottish Regions, they seem to be a popular choice and for good reason. I vividly remember being outstripped by one on one of the weekends of the year events!

I hope to see you at R2 events coming up over the rest of this year.

All the best,
George
