Doesn't time fly when you're having fun? Last year's event was extremely successful and a very well supported show, with well over 250 Porsches visiting our showfield on the day. The tranquil surroundings of Witton Castle, Witton-le-Wear, Bishop Auckland DL14 0DE, lends itself well to our relaxed show.
I am pleased to be able to tell you that our Regional Show remains completely free to enter and a great place to come along to meet new and old friends alike. Why not come along, bring a picnic and enjoy a chilled out day with other like-minded enthusiasts?
There will be a raffle on the day with all funds raised going to the R3 chosen charity; the Great North Air Ambulance. Any kind donations of items for the raffle or offers of help would again be greatly appreciated.

I know that some of you were keen to enter our Visitor Class Concours competition and we would like to invite all PCGB members to come along and show their car, although numbers will be limited. Concours cars must be pre-registered to enter the competition and entrants on the day will not be allowed. Places will be awarded at the end of the day for 1st-3rd. If you would like to enter our Concours please complete and return the entry form, which can be downloaded here.

We will be supported by John & his team from Specialist Cars of Malton, Porsche Centre Teesside, Lloyds Bodyshop, PCGB Clubhouse team, Grande Tyres and of course Gunther with his "Memories of the Black Forest" german cuisine and more.

Please add the date to your diary for what promises to be yet another memorable PCGB day out.

I recently had some R7 members enquire at Silverstone about showing in our visitors class at Witton Castle 19/08/2018.
Could any members who have expressed an interest and still have yet to fill in their entry form please use this link asap. For those of you who wish to just come along on the day in your Porsche you are more than welcome to park together on our show field and be included in the display and you are not required to pre-book.
No tickets are required for this event just bring a picnic and a chair, our aim is to simply allow you to enjoy spending some quality time with other like minded enthusiasts from other Regions and R3.

Hope to see you soon,
Greg.

Any one from R7 planning on going along this year? I will certainly be there - after Roger's Lotherton killing not sure if they will want him to take hile lovely 944 though :)
It's nice to visit other regions and R3 always support us Lotherton
When we had the 'Take & share' picnic it worked well, could we do the the same again?
Also happy to meet op so that we can arrive en-mass
Peter

We’re going, don’t bother with sharing food, the noodle ?? man feeds us, i will take a table if required? Rob and Liz

We’re going with the 944 which I entered in the concours in May. R3 judges may have a completely different opinion about the car as was the case to some extent at Chatsworth but it’s only a bit of fun I keep telling myself lol.

In view of being in the concours, unfortunately we’ll Have to go straight to Witton Park, sacrificing what has been s great drive there in the last two years, in the interests of keeping the car clean. The sacrifices one has to make in the quest for glory! I’m getting carried away now or maybe I should be.

We will be very happy to pacipitate in a bring and share lunch or eat noodles.

We will be there on the day as we are staying over in the area the night before to make a weekend break of it.
Happy to participate in bringing picnic items if that is the plan?

Due to problems for my daughter following extensive surgery on Wednesday 15th I regret that I will now be unable to attend this event.
Peter
