Evening all

Who's joining us on Sunday at Sewerby Hall?

We have one or two people looking to convoy on the Sunday, I'm going down on Saturday night so was wondering if anyone has a meeting place and departure time on Sunday morning?

Good evening Dave.

We are heading down on Sunday morning taking a route through Helmsley and Malton to avoid Whitby and Scarborough, we have front lawn tickets requiring entry before 10:15, we intend to leave Teesside at 7am to allow plenty of time for hold ups, we could divert through Stokesley High Street Car Park adjacent to the Town Hall at approx. 7:20 if anyone wants to convoy but will not be hanging around waiting.

Regards

Mike, Barbara and TJ

I'll be there, but as a 'rear lawner', more aligned to a leisurely start.

Some talk of meeting between 9.00am and 9.30am at Great Ayton for a set-off and drive-in.

Will let you know if this gels to a plan.

Randall

I am also going in via the rear tradesman's entrance and will pass through Stokeskley High Street between 9:15 and 9:30. (Costa will be open) The scenic route should get us to Sewerby around 11:15

I am travelling down from Stockton area on Sunday with my son. Aiming to leave around 8.45am. Happy to travel down with others. Let me know (leejones2235@sky.com). I am on the front lawn so need to be in by 10.15

I am a first timer - are there queues to get in?
I need to be in for 10.15 apparently as booked front lawn tickets. I had planned on setting off at 8.45 from Ingleby, but seeing your post makes me wonder now if that is too late.

Lee it's a good two hours from Ingleby Barwick to Sewerby Hall and it's single lane nearer the venue so usually a queue early on. If you are on the front lawn you need to be in before 10.15am. Alternatively, as above, we are travelling down from Stokesley Costa at 09.30, expecting to be there by 11.15 'ish
You are welcome to join us and just park on the rear lawn, unless you specifically want to be with the show cars, but on the last visit there was plenty to see across the while event.

Thank you - will I be allowed at the rear if my ticket is for the front?

I don't see why not, you've bought a ticket you just happen to be fashionably late .....last year the gate-keepers didn't even ask for a ticket when they were filing people into the rear lawn to get them off the road....:)

Cool - in that case see you in Stokesley 👍

Hi we will be there bought two tickets for front lawn by mistake so if anyone wants one I have spare. We will be setting off around half seven Sunday morning unless we find hotel for tomorrow night closer.

Apparently the directions for the rear lawn entrance on the web site are incorrect. These should be used instead.
