WKL5 recall campaign (Dieselgate)

In March 2022 I was sent a recall letter from Porsche telling me to take my 2014 Cayenne Diesel to the OPC to have the software updated with the WKL5 recall campaign.
This I did and Cambridge Porsche Centre stamped the service book confirming it was done. I have since received two separate notifications from Porsche that the car needs updating with the WKL5 recall campaign. As I had been told and the Service Book was stamped to show that the car had been updated, I did nothing about the first reminder. After the second reminder I emailed Porsche to confirm that the car had indeed been updated in 2022 sending them a copy of the Service Manual page with the dealers stamp and date. I was quite surprised to be told by Porsche that although the Service Book had been stamped, Cambridge Porsche had not completed the upgrade saying that because of a "time constraint" they were unable to complete the upgrade. Porsche politely told me to take the car back to Cambridge Porsche so that they could upgrade the software.

My question to the forum members is, has any member had this upgrade and if so how did the car perform afterwards. I know that 2022 is a long time ago but here's hoping that someone may recall.
