Will Cayman 981 GT4 Rear Lamps Fit a Cayman 981 Base model?

If you look at the PET (parts) files the part numbers are sightly different but the illustration of the unit and all the associated fittings look the same. The only differences appear to be whether the glass (plastic) is darkened and whether the unit is for a pre or post 2014 build car.

What difference do you think it will make? The fit looks the same (I can't say definitively as I haven't done the swap myself) and maybe you are thinking you'd prefer a darkened lens?
