Wheel Spacers suggestion?

Hi I’ve got a 986 and I would like to give the wheels some poke and I don’t know what size spacer to got for if anyone has photos of theirs with Spacers I would like to see some before deciding a size, any advice , views welcome!
 
Porsche sell 3mm spacers and you can pick them up second hand sometimes at a sensible price. I had them on my Cayman and the shells looked good without protruding too far
